amazing location super clean room good shops nice shower
The location is amazing. I walked to many attractions with ease. The room was spotlessly clean and I found it very neat. Shops were very close to the location. The shower was nice to use after a long day.
The elevator does not reach the top floor, so I carried luggage one short flight

smooth experience dining option
The front desk provided helpful assistance with luggage storage before check-in. The staff were accommodating. I found the location convenient, with several dining options located nearby. I also appreciated proximity to the theatre, although I did not attend a show.
The elevator only goes up to the fourth floor. There was no assistance offered to help carry the luggage. I found the rooms to be very small.

The location safe area, near many restaurants and cafes. the room was very tidy and clean. the staff were very helpful and friendly. I am grateful for the warm welcome (especially after a long day of travel).
i found that the room i stayed in was a bit small, so i found it harder to move around with my luggage.

the staff provided excellent service with warmth. the reception was open 24 hours, i appreciate that. they also held our luggage after checkout until our flight.
